Awake
I was awake thinking at 4 am this morning and couldn’t go back to sleep. I’m starting to really think seriously about training for a marathon. I was inspired by some of the stories of those finishing the New York City Marathon.
For the first time in many years I am really creating a story out of my life. It’s full of melodrama, setbacks and times of real pain and darkness, but also the best of possible days. There’s a real life happening and a real story going on in the pages of this blog. A running dream out of nowhere, a winning battle against knee pain.
A marathon finish against all the possible odds? That will be something.
