OK, I’ve probably overdone it but today I did

2 4km walks 1) 40:36 (20:35; 20:01) 2) 40:09 (20:22; 19:47). I pushed hard on the 2nd one and my knee wasn’t overjoyed about it. The knee was fiery in Woolies, there’s a loose flap of something that flicks around in my knee causing irritation.

I rode the bike for 15 minutes x 2. 3.5 km each time. I’ve done three sets of exercises as well. Sitting at my desk next week worries me. If I can handle the bike I will continue to use it, because it is meant to be a good exercise for knees.
